Shipping policy

Free delivery all over Pakistan. Delivery is free to every city in Pakistan. We currently ship within Pakistan only.

Cash on Delivery. Pay the courier in cash when your parcel arrives. Please keep the exact amount ready if possible.

Processing time. Orders are confirmed by call or WhatsApp and dispatched within 24–48 hours, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

Delivery time. Most orders arrive within 3–5 working days after dispatch. Remote areas may take a little longer. During sales, Eid and other busy periods, delivery can take a few extra days.

Tracking. Once your order is dispatched, we share the courier tracking number by SMS or WhatsApp.

Correct address. Please give your full address, nearest landmark and a working phone number. If the courier cannot reach you after repeated attempts, the parcel will be returned to us.

Receiving your parcel. Check that the parcel is sealed before accepting it. Record an unboxing video when you open it, as it is required for any exchange or refund claim.
