Terms of service

1. About us. This website, heandshemall.com, is operated by He & She Mall ("we", "us", "our"), He and She Shopping Mall, Century Plaza, Islamabad 44100, Pakistan. By visiting our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service together with our Refund & Exchange Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy.

2. Products and colours. We sell ladies' unstitched suits and related clothing. We try to show every product accurately, but the actual colour may look slightly different from the photo depending on your screen and lighting. Small colour differences are not treated as a defect.

3. Prices and payment. All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include free delivery within Pakistan unless stated otherwise. We accept Cash on Delivery (COD): you pay the courier when the parcel reaches you. We may change prices at any time; the price you pay is the price shown when you placed your order.

4. Orders and confirmation. After you place an order, we may call or WhatsApp you to confirm it before dispatch. If we cannot reach you, we may hold or cancel the order. Please give a correct name, full address and working phone number; we are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect details. We may refuse or cancel an order if a product is out of stock, the price was shown incorrectly, or the order appears fake or fraudulent. If you had paid anything, we will refund it in full.

5. Cancellations. You can cancel your order free of charge before it is dispatched by contacting us on WhatsApp at +92 321 5423826. Once an order has been handed to the courier, it cannot be cancelled.

6. Refusing a Cash on Delivery parcel. Please only place an order if you intend to receive it. Refusing a parcel without a valid reason costs us return delivery charges, and we may decline future Cash on Delivery orders from customers who repeatedly refuse parcels.

7. Exchanges and refunds. Exchanges and refunds are handled under our Refund & Exchange Policy.

8. Use of this website. You agree not to misuse this website, place fake orders, or copy our photos, text or designs for commercial use without our written permission.

9. Limitation of liability. To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather, strikes or other events outside our control.

10. Changes to these terms. We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.

11. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute will be subject to the courts of Islamabad.
