  • 2.5m shirt fabric is enough for a regular-length shirt for most sizes; tell your tailor if you want extra length.
  • Velvet has a "nap" (direction of the pile): ask your tailor to cut all panels in the same direction so the color looks even.
  • Press only from the back side, using a towel underneath, to avoid flattening the pile.
  • A lining is recommended for the shirt for extra comfort and a better fall.
